Grenada Citizenship Requirements and Procedures
The Grenadian citizenship under its Citizenship by Investment Program offers 2 investment modes to the applicants:
- National Transformation Fund (NTF) donation option: A minimum contribution to the NTF of USD 150,000. This is a non-refundable payment.
- Real estate option: Invest in property from a government authorized real estate project with a minimum amount of USD 220,000. The real estate must be held for a minimum of 3 years
Additional Fees
- Grenada Citizenship by Investment in Real Estate requires an additional flat government fee of USD 50,000 for the main applicant with up to 3 dependents (spouse and under age children). USD 25,000 is required for any additional dependent.
- Due diligence fees of USD 5,000 per adult and USD 5,000 for dependent children between the ages of 17 and 25 years.
- Government processing fees of USD 500 per person under the age of 18, and USD 1,500 for the main applicant and any other adult dependents.
- Government application fees and passport fees total is USD 1,750 for each applicant.
